THIS IS A WARNING to anybody that brings their pet here I bring my cat in for an antibiotic shot and I carried him out dead another woman bring her cat in at the same time and also bring her cat out dead all my cat needed was an antibiotic shot he was completely healthy he could've came in on his own to not bring your pet here if you care for them and if anybody that was there would reach out to me and let me know what they did I would appreciate it if you're an animal lover and you care then you'll understandagain warning don't bring your pet here if you care for them. If your veterinarian suggest you to use this company, it’s time to find a new veterinarian. There was nothing wrong with my cat. He just needed an antibiotic shot. They held them for 2 1/2 hours and when they finally bring him into the examining room, the girl said “”he’ll be dead by the morning. I will be writing in a complaint on this company and if they think I’m gonna disappear they’re dreaming..

I have always had such a wonderful experience at canobie for all my pets; my corgi, lizard, bird, & past hamsters. They are always so caring and helpful. Patti at the front desk is wonderful. She greets my corgi, Sid, and I will a smile and always answers my silly questions I email. Thank you to Kerri and the other techs for always being wonderful with Sid during his tech appointments. You always make sure he is comfortable and loved. Thank you to Dr. Soucey for making sure his meds are filled and doing his annual exams. Today Sid had x rays done with Dr. Handley, who was wonderful and very informative. Thank you to Sydney and Jaimie for taking such good care of my baby boy today! And thank you to all the rest of the staff for taking such wonderful care of my animals over the years. Your passion and love shows. Know you are appreciate and you're doing God's work💚

Front desk and waiting area are very welcoming. Techs are very kind and helpful. We had an appointment with Dr. Soucey for my 3 cats annual appointment. She was extremely kind, thorough and helpful. We have 1 cat who needed some special attention and can be a bit more difficult to handle - instead of getting frustrated, she was very understanding and talked soothingly. Not pushy at all, took her time with us and provided a variety of helpful tips for our cats special needs. Great vet! 10/10 for Dr. Soucey and all staff!!

Tuesday I took Sushi for his first vet appointment. I was unsure what to expect but the staff was very welcoming, the environment was calming and the care they took of both sushi and making sure all of my questions and concerns we answered as efficient and immediate. He had an allergic reaction to one of his vaccines and upon arrival we were taken right back he was assessed and treated for his reaction. Again they took the time to explain what they were doing and answer all concerns I had had.

Love this vet. The care and quality of services they provide are so far superior to any other vet we have been to. The staff, technicians and veterinarians are all such high caliber professionals. We absolutely love this vet. We started seeing them one month into the pandemic and have loved them every visit since! Our dogs are always seen promptly by professional staff who make us feel like priority 1. We love the customer service and familiarity that the team has and shows our dogs. The level of professionalism is exceptional

I love your place! You people are all so kind caring! I am going thru alot right now and i feel good knowing my pet is so well cared for there. I was at the emergency vet about 10 days ago and i met alot of people in my 9 hour wait.. i recommended canobie lake vet to a few people who where looking for new vets I hope some of them call! The best experience I have ever had from a vet. My son whiskey loved going there because we were comfortable too! They are empathetic and personable. I can’t say enough good things about all the staff their. The hardest part was making the decision to euthanize our dog due to chronic pain and other medical concerns. The vet educated us on outcomes, progressive treatment etc. but also explained everything to us. They were so kind and I’m so happy to know that when the time comes, that they will give as much love to our next family members. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares for their dog like family.
